We accept returns or refunds for your undamaged and unused purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of your package.
Please note that discounted products or products already in use are not refundable or exchangeable.

Q : How to make a return if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

1. Send us an e-mail to contact@galerietokyo.com specifying the products to return.
2. You will receive a return voucher within 48 hours.
3. Return the products in their packaging and in their original condition with the printed return slip. The return of goods is at your expense and the initial shipping costs are not reimbursed.
4. Upon receipt of returned products, we will refund by the means you have chosen.
