SAKUZAN 美浓烧  

At the bottom of the mountains of Dachi district, in the small town of Toki, was born the SAKUZAN workshop, which now has 17 artisans. Taking advantage of the local artistic climate that has nourished the tradition of Mino pottery, SAKUZAN combines modernity and tradition to create a unique style.​

 

Apart from the modeling stage, all the other stages are still manual and artisanal.​

 

Professional supplier of several restaurants in Japan, among which we find famous names such as: The As, The Gatehouse, Lady Blue, Free. All the features that make up SAKUZAN dishes - colors, shapes, patterns, textures, warmth and conviviality - enrich the culinary experience.
